Proof is a private iPhone app that shows how your body is changing. Once every two weeks you do a two-minute scan, and Proof compares it with your earlier scans to show what moved, why, and your next move. It is in development; join the waitlist at iamproof.app to hear when it launches.
How does Proof track changes in my body?
You do one two-minute scan every two weeks. Proof maps your body shape and lines each scan up with your earlier ones, so it can show change area by area, like your waist, even when it is too gradual to notice in the mirror. Your workouts, steps and sleep sit beside each result, so you can see what is behind the change.
Is Proof private?
Yes. Proof is a private app: your scans stay on your phone. It never compares you with anyone else.
Does Proof compare me with other people or an ideal body?
No. Your only benchmark is you, over time. There is no ideal body in Proof: every body is different, and you set the goals.
How often do I need to scan?
Once every two weeks, and a scan takes about two minutes. You can stop anytime and jump back in whenever you like.
What does the coach do?
Instead of leaving you with a chart, Proof’s coach explains each result in plain words: what moved, why, and your next move.
How is Proof different from a progress photo app?
Progress photo apps leave the comparing to your eyes, and eyes adjust to slow change. Proof does the comparing for you: it lines each scan up with your last ones and shows what moved, so small changes still show up.
What devices does Proof work on?
